Hi there, and welcome to my blog! As a pet photographer I am truly blessed to be able to witness and capture that special bond that people have with the pets in their lives. This blog is my way of giving back a little piece of myself to those who are kind enough to welcome me into their lives and their homes. In these pages I hope to share the everyday moments, photos, and stories, from my own life, that make me tick, as well as a few beautiful images of the wonderful relationships I am asked to capture along the way.

Help Nutrena help pets in need | the pet project

It is no secret that I love The Pet Project. Their goals and the heart of the organization inspire me. Today, the below video from Nutrena was shared on The Pet Project Facebook page. If the video is viewed 10,000 times before April 30th, 2010, Nutrena (a division of Cargill, for the locals) will donate another truckload of food to Twin Cities pets in need.

As Kim says in the video, “The greatest thing about it is that, it’s nice to know that people are starting to recognize that pets are part of the family. You can’t address hunger in a household without addressing the entire family.” Please take 4 minutes and 16 seconds to watch this video.
